Our meeting room is an impressive space with modern audio-visual facilities, ideal for meetings in small groups and conference calls for up to ten people.

Our basic offer

The meeting room can be booked in one-hour blocks from Monday to Friday
Block price: CHF 50 – excluding value-added tax

Catering

Would you like catering for your event in the auditorium? Steiner-Beck will be happy to provide you with delicious sandwiches, crusty bread, hearty salads, enticing desserts, diverse meal options and much more. As soon as you reserve a room with a catering option, Steiner-Beck will contact you directly to discuss your budget and the type of catering required.

Registration
For the first rental, please register here (form)

Access
You can access the meeting room via the glass doors on the 2nd floor in tower 85. The meeting room is situated directly next to the ZURI.CH CAMPUS facility management’s office.

Infrastructure
The meeting rooms have modern audio-visual facilities.

Flexible booking conditions
For hourly occupancy, you can adjust or cancel your booking free of charge up to one day before the booking starts.

Transparent billing
Your booked services – and only those – will be billed on a monthly basis.

Booking process

Register for a first time rental and open an account (form).

After your initial registration, we will verify your identity and contact details.

Simple billing
You will receive a monthly invoice for your space usage.

Safety and security
Our booking system is fully automated. You manage your stay yourself. For security reasons, we make a point of ensuring that our rooms are not used anonymously.

Protection concept
You must be contactable for contact tracing as well as in case of fire or other emergencies.

To verify your identity, we may contact you and ask you to send us a copy of your ID or to identify yourself in person at your first rental. The verification process takes a maximum of one working day. You will receive an email when the process is complete. If you would like to book a space earlier, contact us at m.dudziak@pkre.ch.

Booking
Log in to the booking system, select the desired rental period and the venue. After your booking you will receive a confirmation email with the following information:

- Date and time of the reservation
- Details of the location including links to the maps

For events with additional participants, you can add participant details during the booking process. Participants will also receive the above information by email.

Access: The entrance to the meeting room is open.

Check-in
You open your booked room via the touch panels. Your guests use the PIN code on the touch panel to gain access. If you have any questions or problems, please contact m.dudziak@pkre.ch. We will take care of it immediately.

Check-out
Please tidy up the room in good time, put the chairs back in their original places and don't forget to take all materials back with you. Close the doors when leaving. Based on your use of the room and any additional services such as catering, you will receive an invoice for the period of use.
