Our auditorium is an impressive space, fully equipped with all the audio-visual facilities you need for medium- to large-sized functions, such as customer events, conventions, meetings, product presentations, trade fairs and trend events for up to 70 people.

The Auditorium

The auditorium offers space for 70 people. This room features modern audiovisual equipment. The flexible seating arrangement offers all participants a good view of the lectern. All technical facilities are easy to operate thanks to the central room control. Suitable for events such as congresses, meetings, seminars, etc.


Booking details

The auditorium can be booked in the following 4-hour blocks:
8am until 12pm
1pm until 5pm
6pm until 10pm

Block price: CHF 400 – excluding value-added tax


Would you like catering for your event in the auditorium? Steiner-Beck will be happy to provide you with delicious sandwiches, crusty bread, hearty salads, enticing desserts, diverse meal options and much more. When you reserve a room with a catering option, Steiner-Beck will contact you directly to discuss your budget and the type of catering required.


Standard seating in the auditorium is a traditional U shape. If you would like an alternative seating configuration for your meeting or event, we’d be happy to provide the following options:

• Classroom
• Tables of four

You can access the auditorium by entering an email access code into a touch panel.

The meeting rooms have modern audio-visual facilities.

Flexible booking conditions
You can adjust or cancel your booking free of charge until one day before your booking starts.

Booking process

You need to create an account to use the ZURI.CH CAMPUS booking system. To do this, please click on “register” and fill out the form. Your account will then be activated by the ZURI.CH CAMPUS administration team and you will receive a confirmation email with the information you need to get started.

Our booking system is fully automated and allows you to manage your own stay. For security reasons, it is important for us that our premises are not used anonymously.

To reserve a room, just log into the booking system and select your desired rental period and venue. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the following information:

• Date and time of reservation
• Access code for opening the meeting room door

Access: The auditorium door is opened by entering your access code into a touch panel.

Once your booking is over, please tidy the room, return chairs to their original places, remove your flip charts and close the door behind you. You’ll then receive an invoice for the room booking and any additional services used, such as catering.
